Truist Park is a baseball stadium located in the Atlanta metropolitan area, approximately 10 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta in the unincorporated community of Cumberland, in Cobb County, Georgia. The park opened in 2017 and is the home ballpark of Major League Baseball’s Atlanta Braves. Truist Park has an intimate setting of 41,000 seats designed to maximize sightlines, making every seat feel like the “best in the house”.

Truist Park opened in 2017 as SunTrust Park. The name change represents the continuation of the naming-rights partnership with the Braves that was first announced in 2014. The Braves hosted a soft opening for season ticket holders on March 31st, 2017, in a preseason game against the New York Yankees. The first regular season game at the park was held on April 14th, 2017, against the San Diego Padres.

Truist Park is described as the perfect marriage of classic ballpark feel, modern amenities, and southern hospitality, which creates a fan experience unlike any other.

Atlanta Braves Tickets

The Atlanta Braves sell their tickets via Ticketmaster.

SeatGeek has replaced StubHub as the official ticket resale partner for MLB.

Baseball fans can still use other resale ticket marketplaces to buy and sell tickets to MLB games. MLB will verify those tickets so buyers know they’re getting a legitimate ticket.

Here are links to the main ticket resale sites. Click on the link, which will open up a new window, and you can compare the prices on the different ticket resell sites, bearing in mind that the prices shown are before the selling platforms fees are added, so take time to have a read of my tips to Buying Tickets in North America.

I recommend downloading the Ballpark App to your phone as it contains a lot of Gameday information for the Ballpark you are visiting and a place to check in and record all the baseball games you have been to.
