Empower Field at Mile High opened in 2001 to replace the old Mile High Stadium. The stadium has had several names over the years. When it first replaced Mile High Stadium in 2001, it was called Invesco Field at Mile High. It was then known as Sports Authority Field at Mile High from 2011 to 2018 and then briefly as Broncos Stadium at Mile High before being renamed Empower Field at Mile High in 2019.

The stadium’s horseshoe shape and seating bowl, with its wave-like design, is meant to invoke the Rocky Mountains, and the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame Museum can be found inside the stadium.

The nearest airport is Denver International Airport (DEN). The distance between Empower Field at Mile High and Denver Airport (DEN) is around 25 miles. British Airways is currently the only airline offering direct flights from London Heathrow (LHR) to Denver International Airport (DEN).

If you are already in the US and looking to travel to/from Denver, then you have the choice of most US domestic airlines including Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, American Eagle, Frontier Airlines, Jet Blue, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, United Airways and WestJet.

You can get to Empower Field at Mile High by bus or light rail. The nearest bus stop to the stadium is Auraria Pkwy & 7th St, which is about an 8-minute walk away. Bus lines 1, 15L and 43 stop there. The nearest train station to the stadium is Union Station in downtown Denver. From there, you can take the E light rail line to the Empower Field at Mile High Station which is located right next to the stadium. Alternatively, you could take the W light rail line to the Decatur-Federal Station, which is only 0.3 miles away from the stadium, about a 7-minute walk.

Beyond the Airbnb and Sonder options there are many hotels nearby to suit all budgets, which can be booked directly or via one of the hotel reservation booking sites.

There are many great neighbourhoods to stay in when visiting the DSG Park. The Central Business District is home to fine dining, bars, shopping, arts, and culture. LoDo (Lower Downtown) is a mixed-use historic district known for its nightlife and serves as an example of success in urban reinvestment and revitalisation. Stapleton has several parks and green spaces, including Central Park, the third largest park in Denver and offers a variety of recreational, restaurants, and entertainment opportunities.

The Denver Broncos sell their tickets via Ticketmaster.

For most teams, Ticketmaster sells tickets on behalf of the team and resells tickets on behalf of ticket sellers. You can tell the difference on the site as the Blue dots are tickets from the team themselves, and the pink dots are from verified sellers.
