The Exploria Stadium was completed in time for Orlando City’s home opener of the 2017 season on March 5th and it became the first ever venue to permanently host MLS, NWSL, and USL teams all in the same location that year. Originally known as Orlando City Stadium, on June 4th, 2019, it was announced that Exploria Resorts (a timeshare entity based in nearby Clermont) had acquired naming rights to the stadium.

The stadium includes 49 rainbow-colored seats in Section 12 as a memorial that honours the victims of the 2016 Orlando nightclub shooting.

The nearest airport to the Exploria Stadium is the Orlando International Airport (MCO). It is located about 9 miles away, which take approximately 20 minutes to drive. Several airlines offer direct flights from London to Orlando International Airport (MCO) including British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, and American Airlines.

If you are already in the US and looking to travel to/from the Amway Center, then you have the choice of most US domestic airlines including Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, American Eagle, Frontier Airlines, Jet Blue, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, United Airways and WestJet.

You can get to Exploria Stadium in Orlando by bus or train. The closest bus stop to Exploria Stadium is W Central Blvd and N Parramore Ave, which is just 37 yards away and a 2-minute walk. Bus lines 19, 21, and 62 service this bus stop. You can use the SUNRAIL train to get to Exploria Stadium. The Church Street Station is a short walking distance to/from Exploria Stadium.

You could also make use of apps such as Moovit to get directions to the arena using public transportation. Rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft are also available in the vicinity.

Beyond the Airbnb and Sonder options there are many hotels nearby to suit all budgets, which can be booked directly or via one of the hotel reservation booking sites. There are several hotels near Exploria Stadium including Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown, which is 1.1 miles away from the stadium or Crowne Plaza Orlando Downtown, which is 0.9 miles away.

Exploria Stadium is located in the Parramore neighbourhood west of Downtown Orlando. Some other popular neighbourhoods to stay when visiting Exploria Stadium in Orlando include Millenia, Lake Nona, Florida Mall, Downtown Orlando, Doctor Phillips, Lake Buena Vista, and Florida Center.

The Orlando City SC sell their tickets via Ticketmaster.
