Highmark Stadium in New York is in Orchard Park and is home to the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). It opened in 1973 as Rich Stadium and has had several name changes over the years. It was known as Ralph Wilson Stadium from 1998 to 2015, New Era Field from 2016 to 2019, and Bills Stadium in 2020. The seating capacity of Highmark Stadium is 71,608.

Highmark Stadium opened in 1973 as Rich Stadium, after the food products company. After the sponsorship contract ran out in 1998, it was renamed Ralph Wilson Stadium in honour of Ralph Wilson, the team’s founding owner from 1960 until his death in 2014. A new sponsorship contract with locally based headwear company New Era in 2016 led to a new name of New Era Field. In July 2020, New Era asked to be released from its contract, and the stadium became Bills Stadium for the 2020 NFL season. The current name took effect in March 2021, after regional health insurance company Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield signed a 10-year naming deal.

Buffalo Bills Tickets

The Buffalo Bills sell their tickets via Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster is the official ticket outlet for the NFL.

For most teams, Ticketmaster sells tickets on behalf of the team and resells tickets on behalf of ticket sellers. You can tell the difference on the site as the Blue dots are tickets from the team themselves, and the pink dots are from verified sellers.

Here are links to the main ticket resale sites. Click on the link, which will open up a new window, and you can compare the prices on the different ticket resell sites, bearing in mind that the prices shown may have further selling platform fees added, so take time to read my tips to Buying Tickets in North America.

I recommend downloading the team’s Mobile App to your phone as it contains much Gameday information for the stadium.
