Hard Rock Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Miami Gardens, Florida. It is the home field for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL) and the Miami Hurricanes, the University of Miami’s NCAA Division I college football team. The capacity of Hard Rock Stadium varies depending on the event. For football games, it can hold 64,767 people.

Hard Rock Stadium opened in 1987 as Joe Robbie Stadium and has been known by several names since: Pro Player Park, Pro Player Stadium, Dolphins Stadium, Dolphin Stadium, Land Shark Stadium, and Sun Life Stadium. In August 2016, the team sold the naming rights to Hard Rock Cafe Inc. for $250 million over 18 years.

The stadium has Wynwood-style street art murals every time you turn a corner in the concourse. It is billed as the “world’s largest indoor street art gallery” and features a rotating collection of 20 pieces from worldwide artists.

Miami Dolphins Tickets

The Miami Dolphins sell their tickets via Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster is the official ticket outlet for the NFL.

For most teams, Ticketmaster sells tickets on behalf of the team and resells tickets on behalf of ticket sellers. You can tell the difference on the site as the Blue dots are tickets from the team themselves, and the pink dots are from verified sellers.

Here are links to the main ticket resale sites. Click on the link, which will open up a new window, and you can compare the prices on the different ticket resell sites, bearing in mind that the prices shown may have further selling platform fees added, so take time to read my tips to Buying Tickets in North America.

I recommend downloading the team’s Mobile App to your phone as it contains much Gameday information for the stadium.
