Scotiabank Saddledome is a multi-use sports arena that opened on October 15th, 1983. The first event in the Saddledome was a sell-out Battle of Alberta match between the Flames and the Edmonton Oilers.
The arena is the current home to the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League (NHL), Calgary Hitmen of the Western Hockey League (WHL) and Calgary Roughnecks of the National Lacrosse League (NLL). It also hosts concerts, conferences and other events.
The arena has many facilities such as bars including Dutton’s Lounge, Telus Club Lounge, Saddleroom Grill, Alumni Lounge and the King Club.
