The Frost Bank Center is a multi-purpose indoor arena on the east side of San Antonio, Texas, United States. It is the home of the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The arena seats 18,418 for basketball and 19,000 for concerts and contains 2,018 club seats, 50 luxury suites, and 32 bathrooms.

The Frost Bank Center opened in November 2002 and is the premier entertainment venue in South Texas. It was built through the initiatives of a public-private venture among Bexar County, the Coliseum Advisory Board, the San Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo, and Spurs Sports & Entertainment.

It has previously been known as the SBC Center (2002-2006) and the AT&T Center (2006-2023).

In 2015, the Frost Bank Center underwent a renovation of $110+ million to enhance the fan experience. Renovations included new seating arena-wide, infrastructure and technology improvements.

The Frost Bank Center is operated by Spurs Sports & Entertainment. It offers diverse events to the San Antonio community thanks partly to its various seating capabilities, building configurations, curtaining system and technology upgrades.

How to Get to San Antonio

The nearest major airport to the Frost Bank Center is San Antonio International Airport (SAT). This airport is in San Antonio, Texas and is 11 miles from the centre of the Frost Bank Center.

You cannot fly directly from London to San Antonio International Airport (SAT), but several options exist, including a layover.

If you’re already in the US and looking to travel to/from the venue, you have the choice of most US domestic airlines, including Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, American Eagle, Frontier Airlines, Jet Blue, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, United Airways, and WestJet.

Public Transport

You can use public transportation to get to the Frost Bank Center. VIA Metropolitan Transit operates bus route 24, which passes near the Frost Bank Center. The closest bus stop is E. Houston at Frost Bank Center—Gate C, a 3-minute walk from the arena.

You could also use apps such as Moovit, free to download, to get directions to the arena using public transportation. Alternatively, you can use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to get to the Frost Bank Center.
