Dignity Health Sports Park was originally opened as Home Depot Center in 2003. It was renamed StubHub Center in 2013 and then renamed Dignity Health Sports Park in 2019 after Dignity Health signed a new naming rights agreement. The $150 million facility was developed by AEG on a 125-acre site on the campus of California State University and features an 8,000-seat tennis stadium, a 27,000-seat stadium for soccer, football and other athletic competitions and concerts, a 2,000-seat track & field facility and a 2,450-seat indoor Velodrome. Since opening, the stadium has hosted some of the most elite national and international competitions in the world.
Dignity Health Sports Park is a multi-use sports complex located on the campus of California State University, Dominguez Hills in Carson, California. It is home to LA Galaxy who are one of the 100 founding clubs in Major League Soccer and has a seating capacity of 27,000 for MLS games. LA Galaxy began competing in the first season of the then-new league, which took place in 1996.
